Ventura Cigars may be one of the new dogs on the market, but they are quickly establishing themselves with some very well made and tasty cigars. Our MYM – PSyKo Seven Show-Down Cigar Sampler features 3 each of the newest blends to take the industry by storm from the Ventura Cigar Company for a total of 9 wallet-friendly selections. We are serving up to you 3 of the original PSyKo Seven, 3 of the PSyKo Seven Maduro and 3 of the brand new PSyKo Seven Connecticut.
Our MYM – PSyKo Seven Show-Down Cigar Sampler Includes the Following:
3 – PSyKo Seven Robusto - 5 1/2” x 50 - Introduced in 2013, this cigar is made by the Henke Kellner at the Tabadom Cigar Factory in the Dominican Republic. Wrapped in a Dominican Hybrid wrapper and bound with Mexican Sumatra leaf, the real story is in the filler. Nicaraguan Ligero, Peruvian Pelo Oro Viso, Honduran Seco, Dominican Hybrid, and a special Ligero from Pennsylvania all make up this fantastic cigar. Mild-to-medium in body, PSyKo Seven never overwhelms, but instead pleasantly caresses your palate with a creaminess and very subtle spice. Each puff is growing slightly in strength but never going over a medium.
3 – PSyKo Seven Maduro Robusto – 5 1/2” x 50 - Mild-to-medium in body, PSyKo Seven Maduro comes wrapped in a prescription to sit back and relax. Made with the same unique 5-country blend as the natural, the maduro version is wrapped in a dark San Andres wrapper. PSyKo Seven Maduro may start out with a huge pepper blast on your palate; this quickly subsides into an amazingly smooth mild cigar. The San Andres wrapper provides a subtle sweetness to the lips as well as each puff. As you delve deeper into this cigar, you will find rich notes of cedar, spice, and cocoa.
3 – PsyKo Seven Connecticut Robusto – 4 3/4” x 50 – Mild to medium in body, PSyKo Seven Connecticut is comprised of undisclosed multi-national fillers, a Dominican San Vicente binder, and an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper. Notes of leather, cedar, espresso and white pepper abound in this smoke from the Ventura Cigar Company and speaking of smoke; it sure is bountiful. The Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper and undisclosed fillers bring forth dominant notes of leather and barnyard as one would expect from a cigar with this wrapper but they are also joined by notes of dark cocoa and coffee. Construction is solid, and the draw is pleasant if a bit tight if you are not careful in your cutting.
