RoMa Craft Intemperance BA XXI
The new RoMa Craft Intemperance BA XXI cigar is a weapon, a solid (yet tasty) cudgel to wield against the rising forces of government regulation assaulting our cigar hobby. Our cigar passion. Our cigar life. As you might guess, the name of the cigar, Intemperance, is in reference to the original fight against the 1919 passing of Prohibition, the draconian result of the temperance movement, and its eventual overturning by the 21st amendment. Hence the ‘XXI’ in the name. It’s quite a history lesson we’re being taught by the newly formed RoMa Craft Tabac Company. And what about the ‘BA’ part? Well, that’s easy. It stands for the Brazilian Arapiraca wrapper that coats the Indonesian binder which envelops the aged Nicaraguan and Dominican longleaf filler within.
